Charity Day, May 2025
As the season and year draws to a close, we would like to share with you the total amount raised for the Charity Day held in May. The final amount was an incredible £6,190.
Ladies' Captain, Lesley Porter, said, 'The Ladies' Section of the Tryst Golf Club is indebted to the members and staff of the Tryst Golf Club. The support for the event is, as always, given with such kindness. Thanks also to the guest golfing teams, local and national businesses and the various Golf Clubs from far and wide, all of whom contributed in so many ways. The generosity of everyone made this event and fundraising effort such a success. Thank you.'
The funds have been distributed amongst our three charity beneficiaries: Children 1st, Cycling Without Age Scotland and Home-2-Hospital, with representatives from the Charities attending the Ladies' Annual Presentation and Dinner on Friday, 24th October to give a details of their respective work, how the funding will benefit the charity and receive their individual cheques.
